Following the successful launch and growth of their website, Rapid Med was looking for other ways to improve the experience for patients. As an urgent care center in a busy suburban town time is scarce and convenience is essential. By fully embracing their rapid namesake, they wanted to develop a solution to get rid of the most dreaded part of going to the doctor - the waiting room.

Replicating forms online wasn\’t quite enough. It needed to be quick and satisfying. HIPAA security requirements were also planned around and exceeded. It needed to be natural to the front office staff that would be using it and fit into their existing workflow.

Their new solution includes not only the medical forms commonly seen on a clipboard, but also captures a driver’s license and insurance card at the same time. The solution contains a one-of-a-kind system to automatically fill the form using the patient's’ cards, thereby drastically increasing the ease of using such a system.

Rapid Med initially came to us wanting a system to reward key performers in their busy urgent care clinic. At the time side, we were starting to assist them in reputation management, but the combination of the two systems could not be more perfect.

A solution was developed to internally capture negative reviews (which could then be used to improve) and encourage public positive reviews. When a happy patient leaves a review we then reward the responsible staff. The result couldn’t have been more perfect!

What started as a small part in the design of a brand-new idea for a fantasy site eventually evolved into a full blown internal project. Fantasy Esports presented unique challenges: no community knowledge of the product, multiple large-scale revenue streams, complexity of user interface, and difficult data collection requirements.

The final product was better than we could have asked for. In just 4 months after launch, 30,000 members had created their fantasy team. In 6 months, 60,000. Our design and marketing team worked hand in hand to produce viral infographics, often generating 500,000 views in just 24 hours. The community response was phenomenal and the idea, design, and execution of Fantasy Esports has a place in history of the growth of esports.

Healthy, all-natural food for the hard worker

Savory Bistro was an up-and-coming restaurant that focused on healthy, farm to plate, food. They recently started a to-go system where customers could call in, order food, and pick up refrigerated food on Sunday. Inevitably, this system could not be scaled to where Savory Bistro hoped to be.

We built an ecommerce solution that integrated with their current website, both in style and functionality. Customers can browse the week’s menu, create accounts for faster future orders, and order online. Staff can manage orders, inventory, coupons, sales data, and print shipping labels.
